Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 11, 2025

Overview

Brain Dump is a journaling app that respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to external servers.

Data Storage

All data you create in Brain Dump — journal entries, todos, photos, and videos — is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may sync across your devices using Apple's iCloud infrastructure. We have no access to this data.

Data We Do Not Collect

Third-Party Services

Brain Dump does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks. The only external service involved is Apple's iCloud, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control. Deleting the app removes all local data. To remove iCloud data, use your device's iCloud storage settings.

Children's Privacy

Brain Dump does not collect any data from any user, including children under 13.
